I hope you enjoy the reviews of some of the best diaper bags from a company called Trend Lab.

Brief Company Profile of Trend Lab

They are based in Minnesota and started up back in 2001. In branding terms Trend Lab are a relatively new company. Primarily they sell their products through chain stores, various speciality stores and online as well.

They not only offer a full range of baby related products but also supply, Home Décor, bags and other gifts. They certainly offer something very different to the market place for those of us who like to have different choices. More at http://bestrateddiaperbags.com/.

Below I have picked out a number of their best selling bags, so as you can have a look at them, and see what you think.

Trend Lab Ultimate Diaper Bag
One of their most popular choices is the Ultimate which comes in a variety of colours. These are black/avocado, brown/pink, grey/orange, black/fuchsia pink, black/red brick, black turquoise, and navy blue/orange. Overall the bag gets pretty average ratings so in my opinion this would be one to avoid.

Priced at around $30, there are simply just better bags to be had for your money. If you check out my best diaper bags page, you will see what I mean. According to Amazon buyers, the average rating is a very average 3.5 out of 5 and that is just ok, but certainly nothing special.

Trend Lab Mini Diaper Tote Bag

Trend Lab Mini Diaper Tote BagThis one looks to be a much better purchase. Priced at under $10, this is a trendy looking bag that comes in a variety of rather pretty designs. Some examples are cocoa dots, cupcake, cowboy dots, rodeo princess and sweet safari.

It is as the name would suggest a small bag that measures 7″ x 9.5″ by 4″ so will not hold a great deal. That said it holds enough for a small bag and is a handy and cost effective bag for short trips.

Reviewers at Amazon rate this as 4.1 out of 5 and that is where I would expect to see a good value for money bag.

To give you some idea this bag will hold a couple of diapers and wipes, and is great for say going to the gym, or going to the Mall for a short journey. It beats having to carry a large bag around. Some reviewers said they would use this for an over night bag.

Trend Lab Deluxe Duffle Style Diaper Bag
This one is really popular and gets very good reviews, so well worth checking out. It is a really good sized bag measuring 162 by 12″ by 6″, so a lot of room to hold all the things that you will need. There are a choice of 5 colours which are, midnight fleur damask, navy blue/orange, grey/magenta pink, bohemian floral and black/avocado green.
The average price is around $40 and reviewers at Amazon give this an excellent average rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars. It is made from cotton with an easy clean lining, and comes with a changing pad and a dirty clothes pouch. It has two handles for carrying or a shoulder strap if you prefer that style.

This one really is ideal for someone who prefers or needs a larger diaper bag. One great and useful feature is that all of the outside pockets have zips so things will not fall out and many reviewers loved that idea. It is also a great bag to have if you have a new baby and a toddler, because it will hold a lot. Moms who have both will know exactly what I mean.

It is also pretty useful for overseas trips and travelling.

Trend Lab Tulip Tote Diaper Bag
The Tulip range looks very pretty and again gets good enough average reviews of 4.1 out of 5 stars. Anything over 4 is good, so this one is well worth a second look. They come in a range of styles which are the Rodeo Princess, Versailles, Rockstar, Cowboy Baby, Chibi and Black/White.
The styles I have to say look great and they are subtle enough as well. I do like the Tote style and they are 100% cotton. Sadly that means that you have to take care when cleaning. It is vinyl on the outside so they can be cleaned, but it also gives the bag a shiny look. I guess it is a balance between style and functionality. Some people said the bag when new feels stiff, but does loosed up after time. All of the reviewers loved the patterns and style though, so if you like your trends, then this one will tick that box. The reviewers also said that they receive many complements on their bag, so as you can see, it looks great.

Trend Lab Dr Seuss Messenger Style Bag
Last but not least is the Dr Seuss. Like the first one, I would give this one a miss. It would set you back around $45-50 depending on where you actually buy it. It is 100% cotton and available in two styles which are Cat in the Hat and ABC. From the reviews that I have read, durability was the big problem with this one.

Buyers loved the design and style but many had problems with the straps and general wear and tear. They also said that it simply wasn’t big enough to hold the basic things that you need to have on a day to day basis.
